Welcome to Zeecora LLC! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zeecora LLC's Website and Freight Dispatching Services located at zeecorallc.com.
Zeecora LLC operates as an independent freight dispatching agency representing motor carriers. We act on your behalf to negotiate rate confirmations, find high-paying freight, and handle back-office carrier paperwork.
Carriers reserve 100% final approval authority over all rate confirmations and load bookings negotiated by Zeecora LLC. We do not engage in forced dispatch.
Carriers partnering with Zeecora LLC must maintain an active MC/DOT authority, required auto liability and cargo insurance coverage, and accurate equipment details.
Zeecora LLC is not responsible for road delays, cargo damage, broker payment defaults, or equipment break-downs. All load bookings are subject to the broker-carrier agreement signed between the carrier and the freight broker.
Zeecora LLC reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
